RevelaStory Method:
Coaching and Mentorship
With exceptional foundations in psychological concepts, diverse healing modalities, and mindset coaching, The RevelaStory Method framework offers a comprehensive, systems-based approach to personal healing and growth. Our work is trauma-informed, somatic-informed, and rooted in high-level training and lived experience, bringing uncommon lenses and methods to any issue or presenting disturbance.
In our approach to Personal and Intuitive Coaching, we draw from an array of modalities that attend to mind, body, and spirit, thoughtfully tailored to meet your specific needs. This may include:
Psychological perspectives to illuminate thought patterns, behaviors, and emotional responses.
Genealogical and systemic insights to uncover inherited strengths, challenges, and patterns that shape your current experience.
Somatic and trauma-informed practices—such as body-based awareness, nervous-system regulation, and relational repair—to help your system integrate change, not just think about it.
With Equine-assisted coaching, horses participate as sentient mirrors and co-facilitators, reflecting what is congruent or out of alignment in the moment.
Complementary supports such as neurofeedback and other evidence-informed tools, when appropriate, to help re-pattern brain and nervous-system responses.
Alternative and integrative healing practices, including mindset work, breathwork, meditation, energy-based approaches, and other traditions beyond mainstream Western models.
Our process is personalized and adaptive, beginning with a careful assessment of your situation, history, and intention. When beneficial, we collaborate with a trusted network of specialized practitioners and may recommend affiliate expert support to guide the best course of action.
This work is grounded in a whole-person understanding. By integrating psychological principles with advanced systemic family systems training, we explore your experience through multiple lenses—individual, relational, and ancestral. This allows us to reveal patterns, understand inherited traits, and clarify your purpose and values, so that insight translates into embodied, compounded change.
“I became aware of the fateful links between me and my ancestors. I feel strongly that I am under the influence of things or questions that were left incomplete and unanswered by my parents and grandparents and more distant ancestors. It often seems as if there were an impersonal karma within a family, which is passed from parents to children. It has always seemed to me that I had to answer questions which fate had posed to my forefathers, and which had not yet been answered, or as if I had to complete, or perhaps continue, things which pervious ages had left unfinished. The cause of disturbance is, therefore, not to be sought in the personal surroundings, but rather in the collective situation. Psychotherapy has hitherto taken this matter far too little into account.”
